Stand By
Hello to all family and friends,
As most everyone who reads this blog knows the last couple of months have been most difficult for Pam and Sara and I with my diagnosis of colon cancer. My surgery was September 25 and the weeks since have been much different than we ever anticipated.
We have been so overwhelmed with the love and support of so many; so many calls and cards, so many wishes of good will, so many assurances of prayers , so many gifts of food and assistance. Those who name and know our Lord and Savior have been so very kind. The love of Christ has been so very evident. All this has truly been humbling, but also a cause of great praise and thankfulness to God.

My purpose in this post it to say that the 'promised' blog where I will give you a record of the happenings and am able to keep you up to date with my progress, is just about to be. I hope to post it soon and in that way be able to share going forward the trials and triumphs of this experience. So..."Stand by"...and our love to each of you!
