First snow...what fun!

Well, to share what's been happening here; we did get our snow and cold temps. It began Sunday, the 14th, and accumulations were enough that our services were cancelled at church. So many at church, like us, commute from quite a distance, and there are lots of hills in the area where accumulations are even greater, that the decision was a wise one.

Conditions on Monday dictated that Sara's school was closed. In fact they have been closed all week. Even today, Thursday, she is home, school is closed again. Tomorrow is the last day before Christmas break, so it just may be that she goes directly into break without going back to school first.

We have had 4-5 inches of the white powerdy stuff over the last few days, and as I write this it has begun snowing once again. Temps have been at or below freezing for most of the time. And the forecast is for more of this kind of weather, with snow off and on for the next week or so. So we shall see. But what fun! And as the pictures show, we have been enjoying it.
Trust all of you are staying warm and comfy.
